I plan to match for 2009. No green card but with EAD . My husband is applying for green card. Our I-485 was filed a year ago so we have EAD card. I thought it should be ok to apply for resident with this EAD status but want to confirm. Anyone got an idea? Thank you.

If you can work on the EAD, you can use it.
