Hi, USMLE transcripts are official reports of your exam score/status sent by ECFMG or FSMB to a third party. The link to the ECFMG page with info and forms for transcripts is: http://www.ecfmg.org/usmle/transcripts/ Regards!

Third party - anybody else but you; it might be individuals, institutions, ERAS, state medical boards, licensing authorities. For each of any such thrird party there is a specific form to complete in order to request a transcript so ask that third party for instructions. For residency programs ERAS will send your transcripts for you to each program you apply for. Here is a link for ERAS: www.aamc.org/students/eras/support/chapter2.pdf
