A woman hits a dog and the dog bites her.

1- I know you put the dog in 10 days of observartion beacuse he didi not had any history and was provoked.

So my question is in that case do you give tx or you just wait the 10 days to give tx?

And if you guys want to say anything else about the subject please.

Thanks

if the bite was provoked the dog has to observed for 10 days.if it shows any signs of rabies then u give rabies shot to the victim. if the bite was in the face arm area then u give rabies prophylaxis before waitin

also it take 1-2 months for incubation so they can wait the 10 days.
