Guys, whats the best Immunology resource for Step 1?
Somebody told me that Kaplan Notes section on Immunology is enough?
Or should i go out and buy High Yield series book?
OR just stick to first aid section??
Your opinions will be highly appreciated,..

I used Immunology by Stanley and Gorczynski. Loved it. Dunno if kaplan is enough, cuz did not read it much for immuno section. High yeald will probably do some good, if basics are well remembered.
