Great Snowdrops

That case needs a lot of things but it was the first case I was trying to cover, I actually started again from scratch, so once I am done with some basics I will do most common cases again, but it's great that you want to discuss the cases, I will be around anyway if you want to review some stuff ok buddy? Thanks!

Convince yourself
+++++++++++++++++++

The most challenging part of any achievement is continually
convincing yourself to keep working on it. When you are
truly convinced to do it, you will take the necessary
actions to make it happen.

Give yourself a compelling reason to achieve, stay connected
to that reason, and you will indeed achieve. You can be
magnificently effective when you choose to be.

If there are things you must know, you can learn them. If
there are resources you must have, you can locate them.

Convince yourself to achieve, and you will find a way. Life
unfolds in accordance with your most powerful and meaningful
commitments.

It is helpful to be able to persuade others, yet the most
important person you must convince is you. Unless you
sincerely convince yourself, no amount of persuasion of
other people will be able to move you forward.

Convince yourself that what you are doing is right and
worthwhile. Then delight in the fulfilling journey of making
it happen.

Ralph Marston

I will go through all your posts. It's good way of learning. When I add any thing in your post also means that I tell myself what I am supposed to do in this situation.
I just start my review for CS recently and my test is June 30 in L.A. When is your test date?

Hi, Gazie:
Your journal is a good review resource.
One question I want to ask you. After we knock the door, do we need wait for the patient to answer: Come in. Or just wait three seconds, then go in?

  #57

Good morning fellas

Ok, it's monday and after that thunderstorm, I am kind of tired but definitely I have goals for today: Learn how to make the PN, I also need to finish kpln audios, I don't want to miss any extra tips she might say in the audio, so here we go. I will start doing some cases, doing the whole ritual:
Patient Encounter (History + PE) + Patient Note
For now it' just by myself, from next week I will practice the cases with a study partner.

Snowdrops, by rule we always have to knock the door (3 times), wait 3 sec and enter the room; but we don't have to wait for the patient to let us pass, well, at least that's what kaplan says, but always knock the door before entering, so the SP can be ready.

Enjoy studying.

Thank you for your information, Grazie.
I got one more question for you. On the blue sheet, there is one column, ' Counseling and Red Alert on Doorway Information'. What do you normally write down in there?
