hi friends...i have graduated frm india.currentlydoing usmle step.want to apply for 2009match.i am very much interested in pulmonology/resiratory medicine..can anybody tell how to proceed...it is a end speciality or is it done as a fellowship after internal medicine............i have heardthat neurology is a directspeciality??can anybody tell me what other field is same like this.any help is appreciated.

pulm is after 3 years of internal medicine.
For neuro...you gotta do 1 year of prelim Internal Medicine as also for radiology,derma.
