no...graduation certificate is not needed in the application process...the documents required are given on the ecfmg website. tht is the most reliable source of info you can get. treat it as your bible for any doubts on the application process... the docs needed are... MSPE ( aka dean's letter) 3 LORs ECFMG certificate ( if present) medical school transcript

Big tip Send your documents to ECFMG by june or july, so this way they will download all your documents fast, and you will have them ready in your ERAS application. By the end of august and september a lot of people are sending their missing documents like LORS MSPE's etc so this can delay the dowloand and this will hurt your chances of getting more IV's. Most programs will start giving IVs to the people that meet criteria and have a COMPLETE application, (meaning the CAF, PS, 3 LORS, MSPE, USMLE scores and photo) So send the documents in advance and have all of them ready by september 1st, and apply that day And remember that ANY document written i a language diffrent than English MUST have the Official Translation, do not send documents in foreing languages with their translation or you will have big delays... Good Luck!!!
