I have done lots of blocks of questions, but keep getting repeat questions. Is there anyway to avoid this...since it does not help to just keep doing the same questions and not new ones.

Are the quality of these questions similar to Qbank?

Some are...they are actually questions from the PreTest series, if you are familiar with it. Some are easy and some are ridiculously hard. There are also quite a few vignettes, which do not accurately reflect the USMLE. but they are making more questions for when it is a fee-for-service item (starting June 1).

Thanks Idiopathic for the response. Is it best to use other resources like A&L, BSS, and NMS?

In my case I finished with Qbank and I have more than a month ahead I was wondering if it worth it t do those questions. What do you think?

I have mixed opinion about those questions...don't guess it would hurt. But, time may be better spent repeating qbank or one of the others (BSS, A&L, or NMS) these are resources that others have found valuable. Personally, I am going to switch and finish the resources I mention above...only then returning to USMLEasy. It just makes sense to me. They are still working on the question set.....hince the reason it is free.
