no matter what anyone says...nobody can predict ur chances at match
if u want to increase the stuff that helps then getting USCE and strong US LORs definitely help to get interviews...getting a good score on step 3 wont hurt either...pay attention to ur CAF, and try to make it sound good, people very often forget to mention stuff that actually reflects on them as a person either because they dont think hard enough or are too shy
write a good PS (though i think it gets read pnly after u are given a IV) and try to explain that CS as well as u can
apply early, and follow up on programs
