May be your school didn't send it to the right address. I think ECFMG can resend it again. When they do, you have to explain to your school how to send it. I don't about Russia but I think you can make new friends in your school over the phone. Probably you have to offer something........ "What do I know? It's not possible that they use wrong address - ECFMG sends them self-addressed envelope for return mail... Call Int Relations office in your mes school and make sure to ask for a tracking number of the return mail...

HI Anishiva You can do one thing. you can pay your med school courier charges and tell them to send the letter by courier and give you the tracking number. I'm from India, and I dont have much faith in the Indian Postal Services, so i requested beforehand to my Med School that I will pay for the Courier charges and that they shou;d courier the envelope to ECFMG. I hope it helps.

Knowing that system pretty well, I would suggest sending $500 to the officer, although $500 in Moscow is NOTHING... You, after spending several years in that Moscow world, had to learn that this particular key opens any doors... And you'll see the change within 24 hrs... My close friend had to pay $550 to Int Office people in Baku, Azerbaijan, and ECFMG got his credentials the same week...
