I think its A- DM

A. due to glomerluar injuyr, ischemic damage and interstitial fibrosis, the size of the kidneys is characteristically decreased in pt with chronic renal failure and end stage renal disease in DM.

B. No idea, anybody can tell this.

C. normal or increased size of the kidney in Amyloidosis.

D. kidney size is definitely emormously enlarged but ADPKD doesnt progresses to END STAGE RENAL DISEASE, chronic renal failure pt has a very good prognosis and eventually pts die of either its complications or other causes.

E. Kidney size is either normal or decreased in Nephrosclerosis.

So, most probably A is the correct answer, dunno about B though!
