Hi guys....
I need a advice. I have filed I 539 to extend B2 in mid March 2008 and uscis receipt date is on April 7, 2008 and my B2 visa expires on May 11th 2008.
My question is, what do i do ? do i go to mexican border and reenter USA to get new visa or wait for their reply pass my expiry date ?
what do i become, if my visa expires while waiting for uscis decision ?
your input is highly appreciated.
