u must have recieved the USMLE CD...go thru the tutorial in that to be absolutely certain and yes the format is exactly same as UW...everyone i know has skipped the tutorial ...so u'll be fine..all the best

Yup sure if you do the UW Qbank well enought then you can easily skip it. There is nothing to it.
