Just the step 2 CK FA and UWorld both MCQ and CCS cases are more than enough. If possible go over the UW questions and answers over and over again till you are bored! Also their CCS questions are great for the exam. I just finished the exam recently. You can read my posts on score thread and experience. Good luck.
