IL 4, actvated CD4 T2 cells help swithch B cell to IgE, help activate mast cells, push T0 CD4 towards T2 CD 4.
IL 5, T cells, B cell GF, also Eosino switch GF.
IL 6 Mac derrived, induces acute proteins, like CRP in the liver, also potenet fever inducer.
