Hi Everyone,
It was very nice to see how you guys are motivating each other...thought to join you all to get some motivation...
Hi bcell, i am also a mother with two boys of 9,7 and a new born baby....
wants to know how you take care of kids and still doing so well with preparation,,,,
where are you taking exam??
I am planning to take my exam in first week of August... working on my USMLE Qbank.... planning to only do USMLE .. not doing Kaplan question,,( not sure good decision or not)
need some help and motivation

hello and welcome shatousmle And Congratulations for the little one !! I have a 8yr old soon to be 9 yrs and 71/2 yr old (boy and a girl). Taking exam in June , want to get rid of it before the kids summer break starts . Don't worry you will do fine....make a plan and stick to it. And have faith in yourself. keep track of what you do everyday and see if you are sticking to your plans or not. there are always ups and downs but you know you have to do it. And you will.
I just started kaplan qbank, (but first you should finish UW ..and do it really well .)

it is 7:20 pm and will study for 3-4 hrs , plan is to do peds qs 1 block at least and few topics that i missed....hubby cooking the dinner tonight, tomorrow back to work so i should make most of these hours.

YAY  Great job fd. I am happy for you now pray for me. I am still trying to finish rest of peds ....it is never ending ...'yes he started cooking and you wont believe it he also took a nap in between cooking. and now went for groceries forgot something I guess and kids are here besides me and also wanted to add something while i was typing this
anywyas i will definitely finish 50qs tonight and rest of the things in peds I will not sleep till i am done.

hey, fd, nobody in our gang is allowed to leave .....so dont worry, everyoneis around fighting
its just 9 pm here n i m feeling sleepy ,actually i want to set my mind clock, so that it would be helpful for d exam day, otherwise i m awake till 12-1 midnight n be able to wake up only aroun 8-9 in the morning........so from today, as i woke up early today, i ll go to bed early too( and no coffee after 4pm )
oh god, its very hard to control these last days....all anxiety n study

Hello motivated folks,
after a visit i get really motivated---lots of positive energy---- so trying to follow you guys. my long weekend gone----
today read 10 pages of neurology and the UW questions were very hard.. so am finish reading the kaplan notes ( neurology adn will do the neurology questions tomorrow.
