hi I was asked by afriend whose a baby born in USA, is it possible to get a GC or citizinship from his baby?
all what he found is : the son must be older than 21 years to help you to get GC !!!
now he'll go to his home country taking with him his baby whose US citizinship !!
is it possible?, & how long does it take?

The mother might get some residence status cos of the child being a US citizen and all. And from them to get PRC is gonna a lot of time. The best thing for them is to check out the USCIS website and then think over about consulting a lawyer.
