Green tea , chinese green tea leave in boiled hot water , best to regain voice, calm the throat if ok to drink .
Got hall , vics regular one on exm day & now too .
Lots of c vit , oranges too if can tolerate .
Save voice except practice 
No oily food to not push voice crack, loss too .

my counselling part is weak.. and i need to practice physical exam
so my hubby is helping me from tomorrow.. being my SP
i have done only first aid.. and just read half uworld cases
but will master first aid cases now
and do as much uworld as i can
i am unprepared even after having about 40 days after my step 1 for this... 
friends, please pray for me.

I should mention here, that reading your journal always makes me feel like I'm not doing enough. Coz you're really organized and focused, and I get distracted at the drop of a hat. So, don't stop setting an example to others!

i hope i feel confident by day of exam. don't think i will show it on my face, because on day of exam i am going to be more happy that the exam will be over, so that i will have to consciously keep myself serious.

I have 2 more days , and I never could practice with a partner at all .. I m just reading UW and FA ... and I have no clue if I will be able to do what I read there at all 
so , dropped in to say , no worries , you look in pretty much good shape

today i am to do 10 first aid cases simulated like exam with friends and hubby
i will also read mini cases for that
and i must do few uworld videos to check what i did was right
now, reading first aid after a short nap
