Why do we need to order electrolytes in a case suggestive of tension headache? Does it help with one of the differentials? ( Ref. 2nd minicase on pg 64 of FA 2nd Ed.)

hypo or hypernatremia (brain edma)also causes headaches...just a rule out i guess!!
