TONI BALL, the IMG ,has approached stephen daugheerty , the pscyhiatrist and councellor for advice. TONI BALL narrates that despite his mastering all the livelecturenotes, he has anxiety in doing q bank, and has constantly avoided doing them. he wonders what percentage he will get if things conitnue this way. the pychiatrist has told him to start with easiest of the subjects and then keep going towards the tougher subjects.and when he thinks he can not take one particular subject, he has advised him to take that combined with the easiest subject and then with easier subjects. so that his scoring does not suffer, and thus his confidence level. ............what does the psychiatrist talking about?

vyseerx, could you please explain the diff between exposure, flooding and systemic desensitization? I only know systemic desensitization is to take gradual steps while flooding is not.
