4 year old has history of chronic requiremnte ottis media and have 10 day antibiotics. exam show clear ear canal and intact tympanic membrane. a brown irregular mass is visualized behind the tympanic membrane. explanation?
1. epithelial tissue proliferation
2. lingual papillae loss
3. middle ear effusion
4. midface hypoplasia
5. nerve entrapment
