i am planning to take tomorrow, are there answers to it?? wat exactly is it? lik nbme?? im confused, thx!! just wondering if anyone else had taken it or not yet!! good luck!!

I havent taken it.......i plan to take next week......from what they wrote on their site they'll give explanations and they give a score too....duuno more.......do let us know when u r done.......all the best!! GL

thx, yes i will take tomorrow i think, i just logged in, it's 4 blocks, so like nbme style, maybe it's their 'version' of that test, who knows!! tell u guys tomorrow!!

I took it.
They do provide you the answers after you finish the whole thing.
I felt it was kind of easy. Its not the same thing you would find from UW qbank.
But it might have been designed that way to provide a more accurate assessment.
Anyways if you have some questions Ill be happy to answer.

hey javmd, thx so much, i think i will take tomorrow, i just took nbme 6, ick. i got 430 so am kind of down, my form 5 i took back 1 month ago,got 440, i know they new forms, but still.. havnt taken form 1-4 in long time, took back when i took step 1 first time, i dont wish to take this exam again, any advice?? i have test in 5 days, and now starting to panic.. not good....

Take my advice with a grain of salt since I have not yet taken the test.
Be honest to yourself, Are you really prepared? Would you realistically achieve your score goal if you were to take the test?. I did this and is why I had to delay my test.
The UW assessment actually boosted my UW qbank score.
And 5 days are a lot of time, take the UW and take it from there.
Concentrate on memorizing first aid, focus on what you scored lower on the last nbme and do 50-100 questions everyday.
If you work your @ss off you can realistically jump to 520-550.

thx, i will take the uworld assesment tomorrow, it's late now, no time.. i have takenform 2 long ago, had like 540, so im not totally down, but i mean i just have to be happy with it, it was at least all solid, like overlapping not like one thing with stars to rite and other with stars to left, when i was at pass program they said this was best to go in like this, means my concepts are intact, now just details, so yes im doing goljan HY and FA persistently... we shall see, hope it pays off!

k, so i had to postpone my test, will be taking this assessment by friday, heavily reviewing my FA now ad trying to catch up with molecular and cell bio, any advice?? wat are we aiming for on this assessment??
