I'm feeling so sleepy! I cannot read anymore.
I need to go to bed....Tomorrow (If God let me) will be the perfect day for study with a clear and renewed mind.
(11:00 pm  )
But.....Behav Science doctor says you need 6 hrs at least to lead the REM phase digest what you learned 
How do you guys handle sleepiness ?
Target....as a mom.....any tips?
I did 80 most common qs.....and just able to read 35 UW explanations.
But I'm sure tomorrow I'll do a better performance !!

hey cheech, how r u doing? my prep is going somewhere...but don't know where to ,how and when it will get there...

guys, it's 2 am here and i can't fall asleep...i've already gone to bed but couldn't sleep so got up this is bad...i hate having insomnia...now i can't wake up early and my day will be gone
i can't even study now...anyway enough of my problems...
something nice i have to say though.......my friend told me today.......in order to get there sooner than later...."u must live it"...i know we have heard this before...but just repeating it, is helpful...from the moment u open ur eyes, u should only recall what u read yesterday,,,all day must recall facts,,, all day everyday must work on ur prep...absolutely nothing else,,,this is the only way that u can become ready,,,no other way,,,can not take it easy,,,must work and work and work...
so today been thinking that what happened to my time?? i mean i 've been say studying for months now but i'm not ready...why? and surprisingly, i'm not that old graduate so why despite of working on this almost everyday i'm not ready....and i must say i did pretty well in my school..so what's different?the followings r some reasons that i think it might be...also i'm saying these so it might help some people not making my mistakes...
1) stressing out too much...had i been more relaxed i would have done much better work...
2) planning too much...don't waste guys on planning...any should be fine as long as u r following it
3) not taking a single day off just to enjoy life and rest
ok don't want to add later to this list that i was wasting time thinking about past...so good night guys...just enjoy everyday of ur prep...enjoy every point that u learn,,,stay calm and happy.

I am reading ur thread and I can't help but smile cuz I come to the sam realization about 2day ago, wrote pretty much same thing in my journal. Except mine was a bit more depressing (lol). Yeah being happy and calm while learning definately does make learning more pleasant and productive. Ok, Iam gonna stop blabing

You're doing great study!
And yes.......what your friend say to you....you mustn't to take it easy.
But....BREATHHH if your not studying with a clear brain.....probably you are getting overwhelmed.
Maybe 6 days a week......12-14 hrs a day could be enough with the 7th day off...or just 4 hours of study at the most
Just a humble opinion....keep going!
Today aiming for 50 qs and 1 hr of goljan...

hi study499 , how the preparation is going? dear , go to your goals, you can do it , the best luck to everybody guys .
im waiting for my results i start to feel so stressful .
im boring i dont know what to do ? im planning for my wedding , i miss my study guys , i guess we like the stress in the life , so dont feel bad now , because when you finish the exam , you ll miss your study plans believe me , it sound ridiculous but its true  .

couldn't post last 2 days...don't know why...maybe becoz i've been reading something from here and there...not very organized...
target, karime, tia and simon....thank u so much for being here...
i am gonna take tomorrow morning off and go out for a Sunday brunch...but i feel guilty...i can't believe this.....i'm not normal anymore...all i want is to study...i've already arranged it and can't cancel it...otherwise i would...i really want to take this test as soon as possible..and i'm not in a mood to go out...but becoz of this i will wake up earlier tom to study...

Good going, study499. It won't hurt by enjoying life a little bit once in a while I can totally understand you though. I was supposed to meet somebody for lunch last week and he showed up half an hour late. I think I almost killed him and I was cursing secretly all those 30 minutes and all the way through the lunch. 30 minutes! It could be a lot of time for studying!

I couldnt agree more with commit. We need to take periodic breaks to revitalize our mind and spirit. For me, Friday evening is that time, when i come back home to meet the family, i dont do anything besides spending each and every minute with them, it is very refreshing for me.
Keep it going, perhaps we will take the exam around the same time - i am still hoping for August 29!
