I found the NBME self-assessment exams (forgot how much they were, ~$50/each?) were really helpful. There were 3 different exams available and although they don't break it down to what subjects are your strong or weak areas, their score really does correlates pretty well with the actual exam. So I would recommend that. Good luck with the exam.
