IL1 - acute phase reactant from macrophages, stimulates T cells
IL2 - from T cells, stimulates T cell proliferation and differetiation
IL3 - ?

I think that IL1 is a main cause of fever (with IL6) but cant remember. Is this close?

IL2 produced by activated Th1,NK cells,Tc stimulates AT cell growth fact and stimulates Bcells
