This is how i would go abt asking a new rash.....its very similar to LIQORAAA,hope this would help.
Location of the rash
Onset and duration
Description of the rash : how it started flat/raised/blistered and what it developed into,color, itchy?
Progressions: any new lesions, increased/decreased/stayed the same
Precipitating factor: any idea wat could have caused it? food allergy, new cosmetics etc.
Alleviating/ aggravating factor: sun exposure
Associated symptoms: joint pains, SOB, fever(peds rash developement in relation to fever), fatigue, eye redness, mouth ulcers.
Travel hx? tick bite ? ill contacts? animal contact?
