hi
I have just finished my exam today and i am happy that these stressful days are finished
well
about the exam
i did not how to start as i have sever headache now,
generally the exam was fine,it is not that difficult nor easy but it is fair
about the time: it is fine i has 4-9 min to review, but i think do not rush and give the qs the time it need is better than marking and review in the end exept those really need to look for
Anatomy there is no many qs but the stange in my exam and it is the stangest thing really is the n pf ct brain, i hade about 7 of them no thorax no abdomen
also 1 spinal cord section, and 2 normal brain to identify the cn III and the arterial aneurysm that can affect cnIII
2 n injury obturator and c6
histology i do not remember but few, also embryology was few
Physiology
the qs was fine, most of them was endocrine section
2 qs about acid balance
respiration was few and easy
one qs of lung v and capacity and the pressure in small alveoli connected to large one
cardic cycle and pathophysiology was straight
bio
some of its qs was difficult especially in mol biology
ezyme deficiency, alcohol and hypoglycemia, glycolysis and gluconeogenesis pathways make sure that you know them well
heme synthesis and nutrition
micro and immuno
micro is easy and diret just know the basic things
immuno was mostly consist of IL, prostaglandin, cd, MHC I and II,immune deficiency disease. ihas difficulty in remembering them
photo strep group a, one fungi i think it was histoplasma, that is was i remember
patho
many many qs
about 4 or 3 in desmin, vimentin, keratin
i get tired and i can complete later

it seems that my score report for step 1 will be delayed as the ECFMG sent a request to my medical school to re verify my enrollment in the medical school,but there was no reply.
they will re send the request again.i hope they recieve it this time.
I think this is because i applied when i was student and took the exam after the graduation.
will this make a problem? I am really terrified

I was thinking that 99 is something very far but alhamdllah i am one of those 99.
i can not say anything now but you know the most thing make me happy now is that i correct my mistakes in step 2 ck and got a more better result.
