Todays target 200 questions
My plan is to finish the questions in the coming 2 days,next will be NBME
Then i will go through my notes again,and i have to listen to some heart sounds and mumers even though i will prepare to answer the audio Q from the question stem
also i have to try to see some patho images,try to master some common and relevant normal lab values so that i can save time on the exam.
This will be my plan fo the rest of my remaining time.
Let it be a productive day for all of us

It is already may 5th 17 days away
yestrday i didn' do as i said 200but i was able to do 150 i was so tired,And i had to cook,and household things,Family time (spent some time with my kids and hasband)
They deserved
today i have to do 250

hi fd, why dint u take online version of nbme???????? that will give u the exact idea , u'r not bad in this though........i m planning to take nbme next week, lets see wot happens...last 2 blocks of uw remaining

Hi bcell ,hir and Sahashrahow are you all doing.here i am doing fine a little bit stressed out.Had bad internat connection since yestrday afternoon.For me it is hard to study with out coming to this forum every now and then,whenever i want to relax by connecting to my lovely friends.
yestrday i tried to do the download verion of NBME forum 2 i am not happy about my result.Yes hir it is true it is good to do the online one,which i am going to do it in the coming 3 days.
For now i am reading my notes and B&W Let us keep in touch

Hi all ,NMS is qbook of 1000 questions almost like UW long explanations,but it takes time did 15 blocks out of 20 ,i had to stop there because it was taking all my time but it is a good book.
I didn't do kaplan qbank i just red the kaplan notes only/
What i want to add is it is nice to do your revision with good limited matrial you already red ,instead of reading new material in the last minute just choose the best material either uw,KAPLAN and do those specially your weak areas.
What i have learned from reading different material is the high yeald topices are the same in every book or Qbank.
Tell me what do you think/Keep up yhe good work

when are you taking the NBME?
You will do great , focus focus and focus.We all need to do that.
I spent evening with the kids , had to take them to see their pediatrician,younger one sprained her ankle and the olderr has flat feet, so needs support for that. then we went to buy new shoes and of course ended up buying extra stuff and as it is the "Teacher Appreciation" week so had to buy few more things for the teachers too.
Got back and helped my son with homework, thank God dad got dinner ready.
sorry fd, for using your space . Anyways back to grind from tomorrow moning again.Will finish rest of gyn. and will do qs.

Hi bcell you know mhat? my son spraind his elbow,the only difference is it was not me my hasband took him to the orthopedist so i did the cooking.
But i did read some questions from downloaded uw and red my notes
I am taking NBME on monday.
So for today i am doing the same reading

Hi my friends how is it going
last hour fight is going tuff
Many things kept during my sober reading to be memorized are too much to my little brainBut the truth i will keep fighting
I am 12 days away from the exam.
Today is saturday, but not the usual saturday no cooking,no washing clothes.no answering the phone all are left to my lovely hsband
So far this is my plan.
Let it be a productive day to all of us

Hi all how is your study going.
I was away from my journal.Did NBME form3 i am not happy about my score my score is 440,my exam is in 10 days may be i will push it one more week to work on my weak points.NBME was not easy one so i have to work hard in the coming days.

dont feel down, work up on your nbme weak area.
nbme 3, how is the difficulty level?
how it is like? compared to uw?
howmuch you were scoring in uw?
there is much scope to improove.
what r your weak areas? try to focus on problem oriented approach.
research on areas you feel inadequate.

Thank you sahashra for the good feedback.
my uw score around 64% first round but the second time my score was 88 90 some times more.Still i am doing uw the downloaded version this time it was good .I dont know with my performance in NBME.
The difficulty level i found NBME difficult even more than uw.The good part is at the end they tell you your weakest areas so i will try to work on those.
How are you doing is every thing fine?Take care

don't worry fd. work on your weak areas and you will be fine. I ahve heard NBME 3 is the hardest. just keep working . I started kaplan q bank today. Started with nephrology.
