i just listened to those murmurs, but there is no way i can identify them.......they r so scarry...hey, i m OBGYN , i m not internist, i m not supposed to identify them....please someone tell this to usmle
i better leave those 2-3 que...............wot should i do fd???????

The other thing is when thy give you the Audio uestions of the murmur
Mooooooooooost of the time you can reach to the right DX by just reading the question stem,Bringing together the little pices will give you the clear image of the answer,So my dear try to know the specific caracter of the mejor murmurs.

A 25-year-old woman was brought into the emergency department 2 hours ago because of an acute asthmatic attack. She has had moderate persistent asthma for the last 10 years and is compliant with medical therapy. On arrival she was treated with albuterol and intravenous steroids and is currently in no acute distress. Vital signs are within normal limits, but she complains of stabbing retrosternal chest pain, grade 3/10, that is worsened by inspiration and relieved by leaning forward. There is no personal or family history of heart disease. Blood pressure is 120/75 mm Hg, pulse is 90/min, respiratory rate is 18/min, and an arterial blood gas is within normal limits. •Clinical presentation is similar to pericarditis.
Pneumopericardium in and of itself generally has a benign course
