ok for all shocks start with large bore catheters ,central line ....fluid bolus etcor Lac ringers
if not helping go for vasopressors...dopamine...DOC also used for cardiogenic shock
+ dobutmine+ norepi in restt cases......
if left vent pr elevated ...iv fluids are harmful

Immunization hx is up to date including MMR,recieved immunglobin(Ig) 6 weeks back
What do you do next
1.give monovalent measels
2.give MMR vaccine
3.Give immunglobin(Ig)
4.do nothing because already immunized
5.give vit c

ORIF for monteggia, galaezzi, frac of distal 1/3 clavicle and closed reductn+ long arm cast for colle's.
clav fr at junctn of middle and diatal 1/3 ......fig of 8 device (whatever that is ??)
BTW hir, sun never rises in Seattle ....I don't even remember how it looks like always gloomy here
