I guess the smallest, but I have not heard about such, do you mean vena cordis minimae? Cuz that one drains to RA.

venae cordis minimae and ant cardiac veins drain directly into the rt atrium.
great cardiac n middle cardiac drain into coronary sinus.
so, not sure whether its small or d samallest.......
