47 yo male is brought to ER after he was involved in a fist fight. He was punched in the face multiple times and has pain and swelling around his left eye. PE reveals swelling and ecchymosis around his left lower eyelid. There is mild left periorbital swelling but no obvious swelling or step off deformity on palpation. The cornea, lens, and anterior chamber are clearly bilaterally. PERRL.There is mild restriction of upward gaze in his left eye, but there's normal abduction and adduction. Extraocular movements are normal in right eye. Sensation in the districution of infraorbital nerve is intact. The most likely complication of this type of injury is:

a. blindness

b. entrapment of inferior rectus muscle

c. entrapment of medial rectus muscle

d. an orbital pseudotumor

e. sinusitis

Please explain your answer.
