what is an outline of how cardiac stress-testing is used, when its used, and which stress test -echo/ecg/other?

Dear For the cardiac stress test 1:Step 1 Dertermin if the patient is capable to exercise or not ; A: Patient is capable to exercise : Then dertermin if the ST-segment is isoelectric or not ---a: ST-segment is on the base line ---- Go for standard exercise test ---b: ST-segment is not on the base line --- Standard exercise test + perfusion scintigraphy or echocardio graphy B:Patient is not capable to exercise : then --Phramacological stress test (dobutmine ,dipyridamol or adenosine) + Perfusion scintigraphy or echocardiography Best of luck

Generally, 1- EKG Stress test when patient's exercise is feasible and basic EKG is not changable in ST-T (primarily and secondarily as well) and must be narrow QRS before stress test. 2- The remainders is referred to Stress Echo-...
