Thread Extension : Another characteristic is common among Hydralazine ,INH and Procainamide ,in addition to be responsible for DIL .What is that characterisitic ?

drug induced hemolytic anemia? ass/w G6PD at least for INH and hydralazine, not sure about procainamide but that one definitely also plays a role.

Hydralazine ,Procainamide and INH ,all three of them are metabolized by acetylation. So in slow acetylaters their blood concentration is comparatively high while in rapid acetylators they have low blood concentrations at equal doses .
