I read at the fsmb website that in order to take step 3 in 2008, ur application shd be in by september 5th 2008.does that mean that that's the only time u can apply-Once a year.please let me know.Thank you.

u can apply and take step 3 after sept 2008, its just that the application season for fsmb will be a new one...makes no difference to u at all....u will apply on the new application they will have on site at that time....just that if u apply very close to the deadline , meaning sept 5th and fill that form but ur identification verification form reaches them after sept 5th u might need to apply on a fresh form....i hope i am being clear...u can take the exam at any tiem of the year, i took mine in nov....
