btw how can you be scared of step3 being a seasoned doctor such as yourself?

Thanks for the "seasoned doctor"! How come my 9 year-old has never heard of "Berserk"? Myeloma: Nothing scares me more than step 1!

its not for kids containing extreme violance, as you can see on the picture, and quite a bit of nudity as well.

I got a LOR from a chief resident when She was the attending of the team i rotated as well so I was planning to use it for match09. I don't understand why it wouldn't carry any weight if basically the chief stay more time in the hospital and supervise your work more closely.

Jack: then I am glad he doesn't know it! Markus: I believe any american doctor LOR will help you in some way. It does carry some weight. But if you are able to impress somebody in a higher rank and get a letter from him or her, that will impress the PD more than the chief resident LOR. Because the higher the rank, the more residents they've come in contact to along the years, the more trustworthy they are in terms of judgement (in theory).

I have a question on the same lines as this post . Which one would you guys say is better : a strong LOR from a chief fellow or an average one from an attending
