In one instance Golijan makes an association of H. pylori with gastric adenocarcinoma. another instance he says gastric adenocarcinoma has no association with H. pylori. Which is it? Does anyone know. Is there or isn't there an association?

Yes, Tiff, there s an association. By the way, H.pylori is the most common bacteria associated with Cancer. Fisrt Aid

"Disease caused by H. pylori has a pathogenicity island having CYTOTOXIN ASSOCIATED GENE A (Cag A) and a type III secretory system that injects the Cag A protein into host cell., which is responsible of development of Gastric Carcinoma " .Kaplan notes
