In case of C1 esterase inhibitor deficiency, which complement components are elevated

C2 derived kinins ( also complements in alternative pathway like C4 )

C4 is part of classical path. Alternative path is C3, Fac B, and ussual C5
Classical path, C1, C2, C3 and C4.

so which are the components that will be elevated in a case with C1 esterase inhibitor deficiency?

what are the C2 derived kinins, examples please.

C2a abd C2b, split by activated C4b that is made by C1 esterase (s-component), both C2 (a, b) are weak kinins, both are part of C3 and C5 convertase, C4a has its own inhibitor, so may not be as high as C2 split by-products.
