I just have a question guys,
what are the cases that in UW and are not in FA. I mean i have read the FA what other cases i should add from UW?

I haven't compared both extensivly. But am going through minicases. FA minicases are multiple presentations and DDs of the same complaint. Where as in UW minicases its questions to be asked in history taking for a certain presentation. Both are different. But I find UW minicases to be disorganized. Cases seem to be written by individual people who were maybe paid for their contribution. So I didn't like it. There seem to be no Editor-in-chief who makes sure that the cases follow a pattern. Hey, I am old, I can't remember things randomly. I need a pattern to follow and remember. Why else do we have mnemonics - PAMHUGSFOSS - a pattern to remember easily.

Ok, after reading a few more minicases I am changing my mind. The first few minicases were really bland. But later on each case was dealt with really nice. The suggestions are exactly what I was looking for all the while. Its not the subject, but the way you deal with patients, the way you talk the sweet talk etc was mentioned well. I am beginning to like it.
