I need some help regarding the California Letter. I tried calling the board many times but I never get a response so I'm hoping somebody here could help me out. I go to school in the Dominican Republic and I was wondering about the L5 and L6 form. I don't know when I am supposed to start filling out the L5 form and whether or not I need the L6 form. I am done with basic sciences and am currently in my clinical year which is followed by one year of Internado "Internship". The clinical year consists of classes such as neurology, obstetrics, gynecology, cardiology, pyschiatry, etc. but the classes have a lecture as well as the clinical portion in the hospital. Are these supposed to be listen on the L5? Also, do I fill out the L5 myself and have the University sign or do they take care of the L5 themselves? When should I begin this process? I am so confused on what to do.

U have to tell ur last name to them after u call them & then they'll connect u to ur analyst.

I tried that but I always ended up getting an answering machine regardless. I called many times but still nothing.
