hi dramer i am also studying for ck what i wanted to tell you is
i started reading Kaplan notes ,i red all subjects from it from cover to cover
it took me about 50 days since it is my first reading. Then i did the download
Kaplan q book i was scoring 70%. tried to look at first AID then stoped reading it
after i decided to go for UW.As i told you my score in Kaplan qbook was 70% but here i was so disappointed by my score of uw at first .DiD it for 2 months my final score was 64%.Now i am on my revision reading Kaplan notes.
what i advise you is it is good to start early UW because it will prepare you in what things to focus while you read kaplan notes. When red Kaplan before doing UW
i couldn't get much out of it but now i am getting much from kaplan notes.
The other thing is i took short notes all along from Kaplan and uw,To make the long story short
1 Start doing Q bank early so that it can tell you on what to focus.
2 take notes.
3 set a time table during your revision and stick to it
4 dont jump from material to material meaning select your study tool and try to study with those ,dont add new study tool stick with you have already selected
This is from my little study expriance it might give you some idea.

aand it good to be perfect in before u do other things especially UW but i feel that i can not stick with the time i do each subject in kaplan then uw after it ( really i did onley GI)
DID u take 50 days for the first revison ...how much time u wel put for the second revision ,,,when u r exam ...and how much time u put for all prep step 2ck ....

Hi again dramer,as i told you my first reading of Kaplan notes was not productive as i didn"t know on what things to focus on.And while i was reading it i was not able to concentrate so it took long me to cover all. After that i started to do uw.First i did it Subject wise ,i red all the explanation.Even though i was disappointed with what i was scoring i liked the explanations took the advantage of reading them all .While i was doing that, i took notes,i marked the difficult questions .Then on my second round i did the marked ones and my wrong ones.I was able to do timed mode for the last 10 days and my score went up 80 and 90.Now i wrote study plan for my revision .My Revision tool is Kaplan notes i geve 5 days for each subject.I started with Im took me longer than i tought 7 days, did surgery took me 3 days and i am reading pediatrics .The remaining will be psy,and gyne. Then i am going for First Aid i gave it one week,my notes and Kaplan q bank high yeald notes which i dawnloaded it from the forum.
My exam date is 22 of may.
This is so far my plan
