The bacteria you trying to cover are: enterococci, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumonia, Proteus mirabilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Staphylococcus aureus. I think macrolides are not good in this case, are they? I think they cover Gram positive mostly... I am asking because antibiotics are not used a lot in my area, so I need to study, too...
