Can somebody refresh my mind in these topic?

Are Vagal manuvers first step in treating a stable patient with atrial fibrilation, or should I go straigh to meds?

I found to diferrent answers in Usmleworld, so please help me her.

A/Fib Rx:1.Cardiovert(if unstable)
2.IV Digoxin(with or without propranolol)-if stable or
3.IV verapamil
SVT Rx: 1. Carotid Sinus Massage
2.Vagal Maneuvers
3.Cardiversion if Unstable
4.Pharmacotherapy:a)IV Adenosine or Verapamil
b) B-blockers
c) CCBs
d)Digoxin

if the pte. has riesk factyor warfarin if no aspirin
