to use ELISA, there must ne a known antigen, i think rotavirus has the ability to change its antigen frequently(am i right?)
my answer is C.

Choice C

Actually i think i'll change my answer to D. Rotaviruses are double stranded. not sure what a double shelled capsid is.

  #6

rota virus does have a double shelled capsid......not sure what ""lipid containing RNA virus" means....

  #7

just checked...... "lipid" refers to envelope.......and rota viruses are nude......no envelope......so this option is wrong........correct ans is D
