Step-1 exam pattern change

have they changed the step-1 exam pattern recently from jan 08 ?
i see no similarity to usmle world ,questions in exam are really tough.i was not getting enough time to think of the answer in one minute.any help

Can U please expalin what way they have changed the pattern? The q's in exams are definately supposed to be different from UW. But are they asking some other stuff??? I cudn't figured it out.

There is one major change that is happening as of May '08. There will now be audio and video clips incorporated into the USMLE Step 1 questions. This is scary....at least for me. sad

Dude there is nothing changed in the level of difficulty. Its based on how ur nerves are on that particular day. If shot then very tough paper. If you are calm and in control then Moderately tough paper.

I know this cos i have given once and made some serious stupid mistakes. Mistakes which haunt me everyday till today.
