Hi guys, I'm filling up the DS-156 form so I can have my H1b stamped. I just want to clarify something. Last year around July when I applied for a B1 visa to take my CS, I was given a 221(g) form by the consular officer at the embassy. I was told that I didn't need to file another application and was instructed to come back once my CK results were out. Anyway, I was subsequently granted a B1 visa in August. DS-156 form asks if I was ever refused a visa, should I say yes? 221(g) is still a refusal, right?
