please cam any one tel me the ans to this question i have attached. and explain it for me too..cos the answers i got from the forum suggest it is B and i think it is E.please explain

i think the answer to this question is E coz penicillin is excreted by kidney

does this mean that all the answers in the nbme downloaded are not correct. cos the answer sheet at the end of the block does not correct this question. neways i think it is too .thanks
