which leukaemias and lymphomas are caused by the following translocations:

a) t(14:18) - bcl2-IgH
b) t(8:14) - cmyc-IgH
c) t(9:22) - bcr-abl
d) t(8:22) - cmyc-kappa light chain
e) t(2:8) - cmyc- lambda light chain
