Hi,
Why doesn't FA and BRS Physiology cover Hematology including the coagulation pathway....isn't it important for USMLE?I haven't started reading my Pathology.....is it covered under Pathology?The intrinsic and extrinsic pathway with the bleeding time/clotting time/prothrombin time etc... were important in my Basic science year.Kindly let me know.

It is usually one of the first things covered in Pathology, because it is intimately connected with cell injury.
