I have already pass the Step 2 CS and I am also a Permanent Resident (Green Card). I don t know if its better to find a job or to do some externship/observership. What kind of job can I get with only my ecfmg certification?. I hope you can help me.

hi, if u have no USCE, your best bet willl be to look for some observership or externship of some kind. Much more important than research. Unless, of course, you have gotten at least 3 moths of USCE, then u may opt for research.

Are you sure? bacause that's my plan but i'm not so sure about it. what's better: USCE or Step 3? i don't have any experience in us. thanks for the orientation smiling face

But try and have both, just to have an even stronger application.
